House of Games LLC, propietaria de las propiedades House of Games, House of Games 2 y El Refugio, establece la siguiente política de cancelaciones para todas las reservas realizadas a través de https://houseofgamescaborojo.com/. Al completar una reserva, el huésped acepta los términos y condiciones de esta política de cancelaciones.
1. CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
- Todas las reservas son estrictamente no reembolsables.
- Solo se permitirá la cancelación con reembolso en casos de eventos atmosféricos extremos, tales como huracanes o terremotos, que impidan el acceso o la estadía segura en la propiedad.
- El propietario de las propiedades se reserva el derecho de solicitar evidencia oficial (declaraciones de emergencia emitidas por autoridades competentes) antes de aprobar una cancelación por causa de fuerza mayor.
2. DEPÓSITO DE SEGURIDAD O POR DAÑOS
- Se requiere un depósito de seguridad o por daños para todas las reservas.
- Este depósito es 100% reembolsable, siempre y cuando la propiedad no presente daños o pérdidas atribuibles al huésped.
- El propietario tiene un plazo de 72 horas a partir de la salida del huésped para realizar la inspección de la propiedad.
- Si no se detectan daños, se iniciará el proceso de reembolso del depósito de seguridad.
- El tiempo en que el reembolso se refleje en la cuenta del huésped depende exclusivamente del banco y del procesador de pagos. House of Games LLC no es responsable por retrasos en la liberación de fondos por parte de estas entidades financieras.
3. MODIFICACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- House of Games LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar esta política en cualquier momento. Cualquier cambio será publicado en https://houseofgamescaborojo.com/ y tendrá efecto inmediato para nuevas reservas.
- Al realizar una reserva, el huésped acepta esta política y libera al propietario de cualquier reclamo relacionado con cancelaciones no cubiertas por esta política.

CANCELLATION POLICY
House of Games LLC
Effective Date: February 19, 2025
House of Games LLC, owner of House of Games, House of Games 2, and El Refugio, establishes the following cancellation policy for all reservations made through https://houseofgamescaborojo.com/. By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- All reservations are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellations with a refund will only be allowed in cases of extreme weather events, such as hurricanes or earthquakes, that prevent safe access or stay at the property.
- The property owner reserves the right to request official evidence (emergency declarations issued by competent authorities) before approving a cancellation due to force majeure.
2. SECURITY OR DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- A security or damage deposit is required for all reservations.
- This deposit is 100% refundable, provided that the property has no damages or losses attributable to the guest.
- The owner has 72 hours from the guest’s departure to inspect the property.
- If no damages are found, the refund process for the security deposit will begin.
- The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the guest’s account depends entirely on the bank and payment processor. House of Games LLC is not responsible for any delays in fund release by these financial entities.
3. MODIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- House of Games LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on https://houseofgamescaborojo.com/ and will take effect immediately for new reservations.
- By making a reservation, the guest agrees to this policy and releases the owner from any claims related to cancellations not covered by this policy.
