{"id":4482,"date":"2025-02-19T10:17:47","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T14:17:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/?page_id=4482"},"modified":"2026-05-08T11:05:46","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T15:05:46","slug":"politica-de-cancelaciones","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/es\/politica-de-cancelaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"POL\u00cdTICA DE CANCELACIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>House of Games LLC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fecha de vigencia: 8 de mayo de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>House of Games LLC, propietaria de las propiedades <strong>House of Games<\/strong>, <strong>House of Games 2<\/strong>, <strong>Villa Para\u00edso,<\/strong> <strong>Villa la 100, Escape<\/strong> y <strong>El Refugio<\/strong>, establece la siguiente pol\u00edtica de cancelaciones para todas las reservas realizadas a trav\u00e9s de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/es\/\">https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/<\/a><\/strong>. Al completar una reserva, el hu\u00e9sped acepta los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones de esta pol\u00edtica de cancelaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Todas las reservas son <strong>estrictamente no reembolsables<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solo se permitir\u00e1 la cancelaci\u00f3n con reembolso en casos de eventos atmosf\u00e9ricos extremos, tales como huracanes o terremotos, que impidan el acceso o la estad\u00eda segura en la propiedad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El propietario de las propiedades se reserva el derecho de solicitar evidencia oficial (declaraciones de emergencia emitidas por autoridades competentes) antes de aprobar una cancelaci\u00f3n por causa de fuerza mayor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. RESERVAS REALIZADAS CON 30 D\u00cdAS DE ANTICIPACI\u00d3N O M\u00c1S<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los hu\u00e9spedes que reserven con al menos 30 d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n la opci\u00f3n de realizar un pago inicial equivalente al 50% del total de la reserva, y deber\u00e1n pagar el 50% restante <strong>al menos 15 d\u00edas antes de la fecha de check-in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si el hu\u00e9sped <strong>no realiza el pago del balance restante dentro del plazo de 15 d\u00edas antes del check-in<\/strong>, la reserva ser\u00e1 cancelada autom\u00e1ticamente <strong>sin derecho a reembolso del dep\u00f3sito pagado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de que el hu\u00e9sped no pueda cumplir con el pago dentro del plazo establecido, <strong>deber\u00e1 comunicarse con House of Games LLC<\/strong> para solicitar una extensi\u00f3n. En caso de ser aprobada, se aplicar\u00e1 un <strong>cargo adicional del 10% sobre el total de la reserva<\/strong> por el tiempo adicional concedido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. DEP\u00d3SITO DE SEGURIDAD O POR DA\u00d1OS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se requiere un dep\u00f3sito de seguridad o por da\u00f1os para todas las reservas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este dep\u00f3sito es <strong>100% reembolsable<\/strong>, siempre y cuando la propiedad no presente da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdidas atribuibles al hu\u00e9sped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El propietario tiene un plazo de <strong>72 horas<\/strong> a partir de la salida del hu\u00e9sped para realizar la inspecci\u00f3n de la propiedad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si no se detectan da\u00f1os, se iniciar\u00e1 el proceso de reembolso del dep\u00f3sito de seguridad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tiempo en que el reembolso se refleje en la cuenta del hu\u00e9sped <strong>depende exclusivamente del banco y del procesador de pagos<\/strong>. House of Games LLC no es responsable por retrasos en la liberaci\u00f3n de fondos por parte de estas entidades financieras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. MODIFICACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>House of Games LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar esta pol\u00edtica en cualquier momento. Cualquier cambio ser\u00e1 publicado en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/es\/\">https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/<\/a><\/strong> y tendr\u00e1 efecto inmediato para nuevas reservas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al realizar una reserva, el hu\u00e9sped acepta esta pol\u00edtica y libera al propietario de cualquier reclamo relacionado con cancelaciones no cubiertas por esta pol\u00edtica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Bonilla 2 Las Palmas casa 19, Cabo Rojo, PR, 00623<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><br><strong>House of Games LLC<\/strong><br><strong>Effective Date: May 8, 202<\/strong>6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>House of Games LLC, owner of <strong>House of Games<\/strong>, <strong>House of Games 2<\/strong>, <strong>Villa Para\u00edso,<\/strong> <strong>Villa la 100, Escape<\/strong> and <strong>El Refugio<\/strong>, establishes the following cancellation policy for all reservations made through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/es\/\">https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/<\/a><\/strong>. By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All reservations are <strong>strictly non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations with a refund will only be allowed in cases of extreme weather events, such as hurricanes or earthquakes, that prevent safe access or stay at the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The property owner reserves the right to request official evidence (emergency declarations issued by competent authorities) before approving a cancellation due to force majeure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. RESERVATIONS MADE 30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests who book at least 30 days in advance may choose to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking and must pay the remaining 50% <strong>no later than 15 days before the check-in date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the guest <strong>fails to pay the remaining balance within the 15-day period before check-in<\/strong>, the reservation will be automatically cancelled <strong>and the deposit will not be refunded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the guest is unable to pay by the deadline, <strong>they must contact House of Games LLC<\/strong> to request an extension. If approved, a <strong>10% fee based on the total reservation amount<\/strong> will be applied for the additional time granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. SECURITY OR DAMAGE DEPOSIT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A security or damage deposit is required for all reservations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This deposit is <strong>100% refundable<\/strong>, provided that the property has no damages or losses attributable to the guest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The owner has <strong>72 hours<\/strong> from the guest&#8217;s departure to inspect the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If no damages are found, the refund process for the security deposit will begin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the guest\u2019s account <strong>depends entirely on the bank and payment processor<\/strong>. House of Games LLC is not responsible for any delays in fund release by these financial entities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. MODIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>House of Games LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/es\/\">https:\/\/houseofgamescaborojo.com\/<\/a><\/strong> and will take effect immediately for new reservations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By making a reservation, the guest agrees to this policy and releases the owner from any claims related to cancellations not covered by this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
