Beautiful and spacious property ready to provide unforgettable experiences and unlimited fun. This Villa provides indoor and outdoor play spaces. Including pool, basketball court, volleyball court, ping-pong table, hokey table, and Arcade games. The rustic decor and accessibility to the Cabo Rojo area makes this the perfect choice for your next adventure with all the family and friends.

The space

The space provides accommodations for up to 20 people comfortably and safely. The property has rooms decorated with themed by Mario Bros. and with full beds, bunk beds and simple ones. The Villa has two floors and in each one there is a bathroom, not counting the bathroom outside in the pool area. In addition, it offers living areas, two equipped kitchen, one upstairs and another one downstairs, balconies and parking on the premises of the property free of cost. The property has a power generator and a water cistern. The stay prices start for 16 guests, after the 16th guest, the price is adjusted for $25 per extra person per night up to a maximum of 20 persons.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire Villa including its exclusive pool, private basketball court and entertainment that has no limits. It will not be shared with other guests and will only be allowed in the number of people registered at the time of booking.

Other things to note

When booking, only rooms will be given access according to the amount of guest in your reservation. up to two(2) pets are accepted in this Villa to preserve the quality and integrity of the games both inside and outside the house.

-During the day keep the noise and music levels moderated.
-No es permitido karaoke ni Dj en ningún momento.
-Karaoke or DJ is not allowed at any time.
-Estacionarse correctamente en la propiedad y sus alrededores sin bloquear las entradas de los vecinos.
-Park properly in and around the property without blocking neighbors entrances.
-No fumar en la propiedad
-No smoking inside the house property.

Guests beyond max capacity allowed must be approved by the administration of the property and cannot stay after 8 pm.

-As courtesy to our HOG2 guests, avoid unnecessary noise, jumping and running inside the house.
-En las habitaciones está prohibido las comidas y bebidas.
-Do not consume food or drink inside the pool or inside the dormitories.
-Recoger desperdicios de sus mascotas
-Pick up your pets waste

-Las mascotas no pueden acostarse en las camas y muebles
-Pets are not allowed to lie on the beds and furniture.
-Al terminar su estadía es requerido sacar toda la basura de los zafacones y llevarlos a los zafacones fuera de la propiedad
-At the end of your stay, you are required to take all the trash out of the trash cans and take them to the trash cans outside the property.
-Mantener todo limpio y ordenado
-Keep everything inside and outside the house clean and tidy.
-Recoger toallas, ropa de cama y ponerlo en los hampers (no sacar cover de mattress ni de almohadas)
-Pick up towels, bed linen and put it in the hampers (do not take out mattress or pillow covers).
